Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it is shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through our website or customer service team.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Returns or exchanges are available only for selected products. You can find return eligibility details on each product page.

  2. If a pickup service is not available in your area, you may need to self-ship the product back to our office address.

  3. Return or exchange shipping fees may vary and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

📦 Please make sure to record an unboxing video while opening your parcel.
This video is mandatory for raising any dispute, return, or exchange request.

Note for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition for hygiene reasons.

  • Products should be returned in their original packaging with tags attached. Items without original tags will not be accepted.

  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Return or exchange requests made after the return period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
